Gwynnett St., which is on Graham Ave., is owned by Esca's former wine director Carl McCoy and backed up by his Executive Chef, Justin Hilbert of WD-50, launched today in Williamsburg.
Small plates include Walnut Soup, pears and sunchoke while the Large plates include Long Island Striped Bass, smoked oyster cream & savoy cabbage and Amish Chicken, served with sweet potato, turnips and dates.
McCoy ensures the beverages are in place. Beer selection is a line-up of ten taps with some locals and wines mainly from the Europe.
